  1. Compact solid‑structure design tailored for rear‑axle working load

    Different from thick ventilated front discs, this solid rotor adopts integrated solid cast‑iron structure. It targets the actual working condition of rear brakes: rear axle undertakes less braking force during deceleration. The solid structure meets daily braking demand perfectly, while keeping light weight and compact size, saving installation space for rear‑wheel assemblies.

  2. Complete anti‑rust coating for all non‑friction surfaces

    Mounting hat, bolt bosses and outer circumferential edge are uniformly covered by dense protective coating; only two friction working surfaces remain uncoated raw cast iron. It prevents oxidation rust from appearing on visible parts. Even in humid storage environment or long‑distance sea shipment, the disc maintains neat appearance, avoiding cosmetic rust complaints for distributors.

  3. Precision‑ground dual friction surfaces for stable pedal feedback

    Both sides of friction faces undergo fine finishing grinding. Strictly control thickness variance and face run‑out. It minimizes brake pulsation and pedal vibration during deceleration. Smooth contact surface also helps the brake pads seat‑in quickly after installation, shortening running‑in period for new brake set.

  4. Rigorous 100‑percent individual dynamic balance calibration

    Although solid disc brings less material deviation compared with ventilated rotors, every piece still completes dynamic balance testing. It offsets tiny weight errors generated in casting and machining phases, eliminating high‑speed rotation vibration risk and delivering quiet, stable braking experience.

  5. Stable high‑carbon cast‑iron material after stress‑relief treatment

    Cast‑iron blanks go through stress‑relief annealing. Internal residual stress generated in casting process gets fully released. The disc maintains even hardness overall. Under cyclic cold‑hot impact of daily city braking, it resists warping and local deformation, avoiding uneven wear in long‑term operation.

  6. OE‑level mounting dimension for straightforward replacement

    Central locating hole, mounting plane and wheel bolt holes are processed under tight tolerance according to original equipment standards. It can be directly fitted onto original rear hub without any cutting or modification work, compatible with stock brake calipers and original‑spec brake pads.

Process logic

Many factories simply spray paint on finished solid discs without masking protection. If coating residue remains on friction surfaces, initial braking will become weak and accompanied by abnormal noise. Our production uses special shielding fixtures during dip‑spin coating procedure. Friction faces are fully covered so no coating sticks on working zone. Degreasing and surface activation pre‑treatment ensure coating sticks firmly on hat and edge, resisting peeling caused by road grit splashing. We strike balance between anti‑rust appearance and pure braking performance.
