Each friction surface is precision-ground to exacting tolerances, ensuring immediate pad-to-disc mating and minimizing the bedding-in period for full braking efficiency from the first drive.

Proprietary high-carbon grey iron friction ring

The friction ring is cast from our own proprietary high-carbon grey iron formulation, engineered for optimal wear resistance and stable friction characteristics across all operating temperatures.

Two-piece floating rotor assembly

Our two-piece design separates the grey cast iron friction ring from the lightweight aluminum hat, allowing independent thermal expansion and preventing stress-induced warping under extreme braking.

Installation and Configuration
