Custom-developed for mainstream passenger vehicle braking systems, precisely tailored for German models like Volkswagen Magotan and BMW 3 Series, Japanese models like Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, and American models like Buick LaCrosse. Developed strictly to original equipment (OE) specifications, the product features installation holes and clip dimensions perfectly matched to brake calipers, enabling direct installation without modification. It is compatible with ABS/ESP electronic stability systems and AEB automatic emergency braking functions, suitable for diverse scenarios including urban commuting, highway cruising, and mountain driving.

Featuring a low-carbon composite friction base material with steel fiber content precisely controlled between 15%-20%, reinforced with phenolic resin bonding agent and ceramic particles, it delivers both exceptional wear resistance and noise reduction. The core anti-squeal technology employs a multi-layer damping steel backing design combined with a nitrile rubber buffer layer to effectively absorb vibration frequencies during braking and suppress high-frequency noise generation. The friction surface features optimized arc chamfers and a stepped structure to reduce friction impact during initial braking, achieving quiet braking performance. The friction coefficient remains stable between 0.38 and 0.42, with over 30% heat fade suppression during continuous braking, meeting the needs of vehicles with varying power output characteristics.
