Developed in strict adherence to Volvo's original equipment (OE) specifications, these front brake pads perfectly match the dimensions of the friction blocks, mounting clips, and brake calipers. They require no modifications for direct installation and are compatible with Volvo's City Safety system, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) functions. Featuring a high-quality ceramic composite friction base material, the core components include high-purity ceramic fibers, silica, and phenolic resin, free from metallic impurities. This design delivers low dust, high-temperature resistance, and quiet operation. Anti-squeal core technology leverages the ceramic substrate's inherent high damping properties. Combined with a multi-layer gradient damping steel backing and nitrile rubber buffer layer, it efficiently absorbs brake vibration frequencies, suppressing high-frequency noise between 2000-5000Hz. The friction surface incorporates Volvo's original curved chamfer design, reducing friction impact during initial braking for quiet operation across all conditions. The product maintains a stable friction coefficient between 0.40 and 0.45, with a thermal fade rate ≤25% at 350°C, perfectly meeting the primary braking load demands of Volvo turbocharged models.
