Precision-engineered by Chinese manufacturers to Mercedes-Benz standards, these drilled rear brake discs have obtained ECE R90 EU certification. Custom-developed for Mercedes-Benz rear braking systems, they ensure precise fitment for mainstream models. Developed strictly adhering to Mercedes-Benz original equipment (OE) specifications, the product features mounting holes and locating shoulders that perfectly match brake calipers and wheels, enabling direct installation without modification. It is compatible with Mercedes-Benz ESP electronic stability control and AEB automatic emergency braking systems, suitable for diverse scenarios including luxury business commuting, long-distance cruising, and family travel.

Constructed from HT250 high-strength gray cast iron, the disc body is formed through integral casting and isothermal quenching processes. Disc hardness is stabilized at 187-241 HBS, delivering impact resistance and wear performance perfectly matched to Mercedes-Benz vehicle dynamics. The core incorporates a drilled structure with dual-spiral ventilation chambers. The rotor features 48 evenly distributed cooling holes and 36 equidistant air channels, boosting heat dissipation efficiency by 40% compared to standard brake discs. During continuous braking, thermal fade suppression exceeds 35%. The drilled design rapidly evacuates brake dust and moisture, optimizing friction surface contact and maintaining a stable friction coefficient between 0.38 and 0.42. Features a cathodic electrophoretic anti-corrosion coating that forms a dense protective layer. Withstands 500 hours of salt spray testing without significant corrosion, making it suitable for humid, coastal, and other highly corrosive environments.
