Precision-engineered gray-cap brake discs manufactured by Chinese producers to Audi OEM standards deliver premium braking performance through their gray-cap design, specifically developed for Audi braking systems. Developed in strict adherence to Audi's original equipment (OE) specifications, these discs feature perfectly matched mounting holes and locating shoulders for seamless integration with brake calipers and hubs. They require no modifications for direct installation and are compatible with Audi's ESP electronic stability system and AEB automatic emergency braking function, catering to diverse scenarios including luxury business commuting, highway cruising, and family travel.

Featuring an HT300 high-strength gray cast iron rotor body paired with an Audi-specification gray cap, these discs are formed through integral casting and isothermal quenching processes. The rotor body maintains a consistent hardness of 207-255 HBS, delivering impact resistance and wear performance perfectly matched to Audi models' power characteristics. The core design incorporates an integrated gray cap structure with dual-spiral ventilation chambers. The gray cap enhances rigidity between the rotor and wheel hub, while 36 equidistant air channels boost cooling efficiency by 35% compared to standard brake rotors. During continuous braking, thermal fade suppression exceeds 30%, maintaining a stable friction coefficient between 0.38 and 0.42. Additionally equipped with a cathodic electrophoretic anti-corrosion coating, it forms a dense protective layer.
