Company Profile

Products

Product Highlights:
• Premium Materials: Crafted from high-grade materials including gray cast iron and high-carbon steel for exceptional wear resistance and braking performance
• Diverse Color Options: Gray, black, and metallic finishes to meet diverse customer preferences
• Rigorous Manufacturing Processes: Dual turning and grinding techniques with micron-level precision control
Technical Advantages:
• Certified to IATF 16949 and ISO standards for assured quality
• ECE R90 certified, meeting the highest international safety standards
• Multiple rust-proofing treatments: oil immersion, spray painting, and specialized coatings for extended service life
For global markets, our brake discs are more than just products—they are your choice for safety!
•Ensuring Caliper and ABS Function: Severe rotor warping can push the brake pads and caliper pistons back into their bores excessively with each revolution. This can lead to a "long" pedal travel and, in extreme cases, interfere with the precise, rapid pulsations of the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), potentially reducing its effectiveness.
•Inconsistent Metallurgy: They are often made from lower-grade recycled iron with impurities. This creates "hard spots" (areas of differing hardness) on the friction surface. As the pad wears the rotor, these spots wear more slowly, creating an uneven surface that causes pulsation, noise, and inconsistent braking, even if the rotor isn't technically "warped."
•Poor Machining Tolerances: The dimensions of a rotor are critical. Low-quality rotors may not have consistent thickness across their surface (a problem known as "Lateral Runout" or "Disc Thickness Variation" - DTV). This is a primary cause of brake pedal pulsation straight out of the box, even on a brand new rotor.
