Toyota Aftermarket Carbon Brake Discs are high-performance aftermarket carbon brake rotors designed for the entire Toyota lineup, covering sedans, SUVs, performance vehicles, and more. They enhance braking performance through lightweight construction, high-temperature resistance, and a high coefficient of friction.

In terms of materials and manufacturing processes, carbon fiber-reinforced silicon carbide (C/SiC): sintered at 1700°C, it boasts ten times the hardness of cast iron and withstands extreme temperatures exceeding 1200°C, preventing thermal fade.

Lightweight Design: A single carbon-ceramic disc weighs 40%-50% less than a cast iron disc (e.g., GR Yaris OEM iron disc 7.5kg → carbon-ceramic disc 4.5kg), significantly reducing unsprung mass to enhance suspension response and handling agility.

Surface Texture Optimization: The exposed carbon fiber weave structure enhances the coefficient of friction (0.48 vs. OEM 0.32) while rapidly draining water on muddy surfaces, improving safety on wet and slippery roads.
