Directional slotted friction‑surface design
Precision‑machined directional slots run across the friction ring. The slot geometry continuously scrapes away brake‑pad glaze, burnt residue and fine dust during braking. It prevents glazing build‑up which would normally cause fading, squeal and inconsistent pedal feel under repeated heavy stops.
Vented inner vane construction for high thermal capacity
Inner ventilated vanes create forced air circulation. Compared with solid rotors, it dissipates massive heat generated during aggressive street‑driving cycles. It suppresses heat soak even under successive hard braking events.
Optimized slot depth without compromising structural integrity
Slots are machined to controlled depth, not fully penetrating the disc. It avoids creating stress‑concentration cut‑through points. The disc retains sufficient material strength to resist cracking under elevated temperature and mechanical shock.
Stress‑relieved casting base material
