Constructed from HT300 high-strength gray cast iron with a forged heavy-duty steel cap made from CrMo alloy steel, the disc undergoes an integrated hot-press forming process to achieve a metallurgical bond between the cap and disc body. This design enhances impact resistance and deformation resistance by 50% compared to standard brake discs, effectively suppressing thermal fade during high-intensity braking.

In terms of craftsmanship, the steel cap surface features a zinc-nickel alloy coating, while the disc body employs an electrophoretic anti-corrosion coating. This dual protection system maintains a corrosion area ≤3% after 800 hours of ISO 14993 cyclic salt spray testing, making it suitable for harsh environments like coastal areas and regions with de-icing salt.
