As a core component for heavy-duty passenger vehicle braking systems, this heavy-duty steel-capped ventilated brake disc has obtained ECE R90 EU safety certification. Specifically engineered for front-brake applications in mid-to-large SUVs, MPVs, and heavy-duty passenger vehicles, it offers precise fitment for models including the Volkswagen Teramont, Toyota Highlander, Buick Enclave, and Ford Explorer. Strictly adhering to original equipment (OE) dimensional specifications, its mounting holes and locating shoulders perfectly align with wheel hubs and brake calipers. The integrated heavy-duty steel cap seamlessly connects with the disc body, enabling direct installation without modification. Compatible with vehicle ABS/ESP electronic stability systems, it handles high-intensity scenarios such as fully-loaded commuting, mountainous terrain with heavy loads, and long-distance transportation.

Constructed from HT300 high-strength gray cast iron with a forged heavy-duty steel cap made from CrMo alloy steel, the disc undergoes an integrated hot-press forming process to achieve a metallurgical bond between the cap and disc body. This design enhances impact resistance and deformation resistance by 50% compared to standard brake discs, effectively suppressing thermal fade during high-intensity braking.

In terms of craftsmanship, the steel cap surface features a zinc-nickel alloy coating, while the disc body employs an electrophoretic anti-corrosion coating. This dual protection system maintains a corrosion area ≤3% after 800 hours of ISO 14993 cyclic salt spray testing, making it suitable for harsh environments like coastal areas and regions with de-icing salt. The friction surface undergoes laser-textured densification, creating micron-level anti-slip protrusions that rapidly disperse dust and water generated during heavy braking. This reduces braking response delay on wet surfaces by 0.3 seconds.

The product has passed 500,000 fatigue cycle tests and high/low-temperature shock tests ranging from -40°C to 600°C, with a service life of 80,000-100,000 kilometers (under urban conditions). It comes with an OEM-grade installation kit, including high-strength mounting bolts and high-temperature anti-wear grease, suitable for both bulk replacement by repair shops and DIY installation by individual users.
