•ECE R90 certified rear brake disc and pad set is professionally developed for the unified rear brake chassis standards of the VAG group (Audi, VW, SEAT, Skoda). Different from Japanese and American vehicle brake tuning logic, VAG group models adopt rear-wheel auxiliary load-bearing braking design. The rear brake system undertakes body posture stabilization during high-speed driving and continuous deceleration assistance, putting forward extremely high requirements for braking consistency and high-speed stability. Ordinary universal brake parts cannot match the precise tolerance of German chassis, easily causing high-speed floating, braking deviation and pedal empty travel. Independent Technical Advantages of Rear Brake Disc：

Aiming at the characteristic that VAG rear brake discs have small ventilation space and slow heat dissipation during high-speed driving, the product adopts asymmetric curved vane ventilation structure exclusive for German rear discs. Compared with traditional straight vane discs, it forms directional turbulent air flow inside the disc body, improving heat exchange efficiency by 22%. It can quickly dissipate heat accumulated by long-distance high-speed braking and continuous downhill braking, effectively suppress high-speed thermal decay, and maintain stable braking force output in the full speed range.

It fully matches the high-precision assembly gap of VAG original rear calipers and wheel hubs, completely eliminating high-speed brake jitter, pedal vibration and body resonance problems unique to German platform models.

The non-friction area of the brake disc adopts automotive-grade electrostatic curing black anti-rust coating, with strong coating adhesion and scratch resistance. Different from ordinary spray paint that is easy to fall off, this process can resist long-term road silt erosion, rainwater immersion and winter road salt corrosion. It is perfectly adapted to European low-temperature rainy and snowy climates and coastal humid environments, effectively preventing edge rust and bolt hole oxidation, and maintaining the original clean state of the wheel assembly for a long time.
