Constructed from high-carbon alloy cast iron, these discs undergo precision casting and isothermal quenching processes. Molybdenum reinforcement enhances disc hardness and wear resistance, maintaining consistent hardness between 240-280 HBS. The core features a triple-vent hollow cavity design, boosting airflow efficiency by 40% over standard ventilated discs.
