Honda High Performance Solid Brake Discs are professionally upgraded solid brake rotors exclusively designed for Honda fuel-powered passenger cars and daily commuter vehicles. Different from ventilated discs focused on extreme heat dissipation, this solid disc series targets Honda’s original braking tuning logic, focusing on daily commuting stability, ultra-long wear resistance, rigid structural integrity and linear braking feedback.
Honda vehicles are mainly used for urban commuting, family travel and daily road driving, with characteristics of frequent low-speed start-stop, mild daily braking and long-term low-load operation. The solid disc structure features higher structural density, stronger impact resistance and more uniform wear than ordinary ventilated discs.
Adopts OE-certified HT250 high-density gray cast iron optimized for Honda chassis tuning, with refined grain metallographic structure and compact internal density. Core physical parameters: tensile strength ≥250MPa, hardness stabilized at 190–230HB. Compared with ordinary G3000 cast iron, it has stronger structural compactness, better wear resistance and lower deformation rate. The exclusive material formula matches Honda’s original brake pad friction coefficient perfectly, avoiding friction mismatch, braking deviation and abnormal wear.
Integral one-piece solid forging structure without hollow ventilation grooves, realizing 360° uniform stress bearing. The overall structural rigidity is 20% higher than ordinary hollow ventilated discs of the same specification. It can effectively resist instantaneous impact force generated by emergency braking and road bump vibration, avoid local stress concentration and micro-deformation. Long-term low-speed frequent braking will not cause disc warping, ensuring permanent flat friction surface.
Adopts imported high-temperature resistant anti-rust paint and integral electrostatic spraying process. The coating has strong adhesion, not easy to peel off or fade under long-term wheel rotation and high-temperature braking.
The super smooth friction surface fits perfectly with brake pads, disperses braking friction uniformly, suppresses high-frequency braking noise and harsh squeal. The produced brake dust is fine and dry, not easy to adhere to the hub, maintaining long-term wheel cleanliness and improving the overall vehicle grade.
Honda original chassis braking system is tuned with soft and linear braking characteristics. Ordinary universal brake pads are prone to mismatched friction coefficient, resulting in stiff braking, empty pedal and abnormal noise. This series of solid brake pads is precisely calibrated according to Honda’s original braking tuning logic, perfectly matching the friction gap and stress characteristics of Honda solid brake discs. It realizes original-car consistent braking feel, improved safety and no damage to original discs, solving the matching failure problem of universal brake pads.
•Low noise, low dust
The upgraded friction formula produces fine, dry and non-adhesive brake dust after friction. Compared with ordinary brake pads, the dust production is reduced by 40%. The dust will not adhere to the wheel hub and is easy to wash away with rainwater. It avoids the problem of blackened and dirty hubs caused by long-term use, maintaining the clean and delicate appearance of Honda family cars for a long time.
