As a core high-quality component for rear braking systems, this friction rear brake disc has obtained ECE R90 EU safety certification and fully meets the rear braking requirements of mainstream passenger vehicles. Manufactured strictly adhering to original equipment (OE) technical specifications, the product features precisely matched mounting holes and locating shoulders for seamless integration with brake calipers and wheels. It requires no modifications for direct installation and is compatible with vehicle ABS/ESP electronic stability systems. Designed for diverse usage scenarios including urban commuting, long-distance self-driving, and mountainous terrain with multiple inclines.

Constructed from high-strength gray cast iron infused with chromium for reinforcement, they exhibit significantly enhanced wear resistance and thermal crack resistance compared to standard cast iron. The core features a dual-spiral hollow ventilation cavity design, complemented by equidistant air guide channels, enabling rapid dissipation of heat generated during braking. This effectively suppresses thermal fade during continuous braking.

Craftsmanship details reflect premium quality standards: The disc body undergoes CNC precision grinding, with end-face runout controlled within 0.02mm. Combined with full dynamic balancing calibration, this significantly reduces resonance noise during braking, meeting cabin quietness requirements. The surface features an eco-friendly anti-corrosion coating, effectively resisting corrosion from coastal humidity and de-icing salt environments to extend service life. The friction surface employs laser texturing to create micron-level micro-textures, rapidly dispersing brake dust and water accumulation. This enhances braking stability on wet/slippery surfaces while ensuring uniform pad wear.
