Brake Pad Features:
•High performance
•Long-life service
•Anti-thermal-fading
•Low noise, low dust
•Environmental-friendly
• Four-Formulation Material Matrix for Application-Specific Selection:
This brake pad is offered across four distinct friction material formulations — semi-metallic, low-steel, ceramic, and ceramic copper-free — allowing customers to select the compound that best matches their vehicle application, driving style, and regional market requirements. The semi-metallic formulation delivers robust friction and thermal conductivity for demanding driving conditions, while the low-steel option balances performance with reduced noise and dust. The ceramic formulation provides exceptionally quiet operation, low dust generation, and smooth pedal feel, making it ideal for passenger vehicles where comfort and wheel cleanliness are priorities. The ceramic copper-free formulation further eliminates copper content — a material increasingly targeted by environmental regulations in markets such as the United States and Europe — delivering ceramic-level comfort and cleanliness with full regulatory compliance. This multi-formulation approach ensures that a single product line can serve diverse customer needs across global markets.
• Ultra-Wide Operating Temperature Range (-50°C to 700°C):
Engineered to maintain consistent friction performance across an exceptionally broad temperature range from -50°C to 700°C, this brake pad delivers reliable stopping power in the most extreme operating environments — from sub-zero winter conditions in northern climates where cold-brittle friction materials can suffer from reduced initial bite and excessive pedal travel, to the extreme high temperatures generated during sustained heavy braking, mountainous descents, and high-speed deceleration where lesser compounds can experience thermal fade, glazing, and catastrophic friction loss. The formulation is designed to reach optimal operating temperature quickly from cold starts while retaining structural integrity and friction consistency at the upper end of the temperature spectrum, ensuring that drivers can depend on predictable braking performance regardless of ambient conditions or braking intensity.
• Ceramic Copper-Free Formulation & Regulatory Compliance:
The ceramic copper-free variant of this brake pad is formulated without copper — a heavy metal that has been widely used in brake friction materials for its thermal conductivity and friction-modifying properties but is increasingly restricted due to concerns about its environmental impact when brake dust enters waterways and ecosystems. By replacing copper with alternative friction modifiers and thermal conductors, the ceramic copper-free formulation achieves comparable friction performance, thermal stability, and wear characteristics while meeting the strictest environmental regulations — including California and Washington state copper-free brake requirements and emerging European Union restrictions. This formulation also delivers the inherent benefits of ceramic brake technology: exceptionally low noise, minimal dust generation, smooth and linear pedal feel, and reduced wear on matching brake discs, making it an environmentally responsible choice that does not compromise braking performance or driver comfort.
• Multi-Layer NVH Architecture & Precision-Backed Construction:
Each brake pad is constructed with a multi-layer architecture designed to minimize noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) across all operating conditions. The assembly includes a precision-formed steel backing plate that provides structural rigidity and exact fitment, a high-temperature adhesive layer that securely bonds the friction material to the backing plate under extreme thermal and mechanical stress, and a friction material layer formulated to the selected semi-metallic, low-steel, ceramic, or ceramic copper-free specification. An under-layer noise-dampening material is applied between the backing plate and the friction compound to absorb and dissipate the high-frequency vibrations that cause brake squeal and chatter, while chamfered and slotted edge geometry on the friction surface further reduces noise by preventing edge-induced vibration and promoting smooth, progressive pad engagement with the brake disc. The coated backing plate provides additional corrosion protection, preventing rust-related bond failure and ensuring long-term structural integrity.
• High-Volume Manufacturing Consistency & Flexible Supply (10M Sets/Year, MOQ 50):
Produced in a manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 10 million sets, this brake pad benefits from the process consistency, quality control rigor, and supply chain reliability that come with large-scale, high-volume manufacturing. Each pad undergoes multi-stage quality inspection including friction coefficient verification, shear strength testing, dimensional accuracy checks, and noise performance evaluation before being packaged in boxes, cartons, pallets, or bulk configurations for global distribution. Despite the large-scale production capability, the minimum order quantity is set at just 50 sets, providing flexibility for small distributors, specialty retailers, and regional customers to access high-quality, certified brake pads without committing to excessive inventory. Certified to ISO14001, IATF-16949, AMECA, ECE R90, and ISO45001 standards, and available with private label and customized branding options, this brake pad combines manufacturing scale, regulatory compliance, and supply flexibility to meet the diverse needs of global automotive aftermarket customers.
