High-quality floating brake discs custom-engineered for Lexus electric vehicle front brake systems, certified to ECE R90 EU safety standards, precisely fit Lexus UX300e, RZ450e, ES 300h, and other electric and hybrid models. Manufactured strictly adhering to Lexus original equipment (OE) technical specifications, the floating design accommodates the high torque output characteristics of electric vehicle motors. Mounting holes and locating shoulders perfectly align with brake calipers and wheels, enabling direct installation without modification. Compatible with vehicle ABS/ESP and kinetic energy recovery systems, it suits core usage scenarios like urban commuting and highway cruising.

Constructed from HT300 high-strength gray cast iron rotors paired with 6061 aluminum alloy floating rings, these components are formed through an integrated forging process. Carbon content is precisely controlled within the 3.2%-3.4% range, delivering significantly enhanced wear resistance and thermal deformation resistance compared to standard brake rotors. The core floating structure automatically compensates for brake clearance via floating pins. Combined with a dual-spiral hollow ventilation cavity design, it rapidly dissipates heat generated during coordinated braking and kinetic energy recovery, effectively suppressing thermal fade during continuous braking. The friction coefficient remains stable within 0.38–0.42, precisely matching electric vehicle braking logic to ensure linear and controllable braking performance.

Craftsmanship details meet luxury EV quality demands: The rotor body undergoes CNC five-axis precision grinding, with end-face runout error controlled within 0.02mm. Combined with the floating ring damping structure design, resonance noise during braking is significantly reduced, meeting Lexus cabin quietness standards.
