Company Profile

Products

Precision-engineered by Chinese manufacturers, these Mazda rear ECE R90 brake discs are custom-developed for Mazda rear braking systems, ensuring precise fitment for mainstream models including the Mazda3 Axela, CX-5, Atenza, and CX-30. Developed in strict adherence to original equipment (OE) specifications, the product features mounting holes and dimensions perfectly aligned with rear brake calipers. It requires no modification for direct installation and is compatible with ABS/ESP electronic braking systems, making it suitable for core scenarios like daily commuting and mountain driving.
Constructed from HT250 high-strength gray cast iron using specialized casting techniques by Chinese manufacturers, the discs feature a dual-spiral ventilation chamber design. This structure rapidly dissipates braking heat, effectively suppressing thermal fade during continuous braking while maintaining a stable friction coefficient between 0.38 and 0.42. Core rust-proof coating technology: The disc surface is coated with an environmentally friendly, nickel-free rust-proof coating, forming a dense protective layer that significantly enhances corrosion resistance. Suitable for humid, coastal, and other highly corrosive environments.
Craftsmanship details prioritize both quality and experience: The rotor undergoes CNC precision grinding with tightly controlled end-face runout tolerance. Combined with full dynamic balancing calibration, this significantly reduces resonance noise during braking, meeting Mazda's cabin quietness requirements. The friction surface features laser-textured processing to rapidly disperse water and dust, enhancing braking stability on wet surfaces. Precise zoning between the coating and friction surface ensures even wear, effectively extending service life.
Material & Metallurgy
Forged from Gray Iron and High Carbon (HC), strictly conforming to G3000, GG20, and GG15HC (DIN, SAE) metallurgical standards. The high carbon matrix significantly enhances thermal conductivity and heat capacity. The vented core (clearly visible in the main side-profile and front views) accelerates heat dissipation through internal cooling vanes, drastically reducing the risk of brake fade and thermal judder during continuous rear-axle braking, ensuring a consistent pedal feel.
Precision Machining
Every disc undergoes expert turning and grinding processes to strictly control Disc Thickness Variation (DTV) and lateral runout. The precision-machined flat friction surface eliminates high-speed steering wheel vibration and braking pulsation, guaranteeing OEM-level installation accuracy and a quiet, refined ride.
Anti-Rust & Aesthetics
To prevent hub seizure and combat oxidation from coastal humidity or winter road salt, the non-friction areas (center hat and outer edge) feature advanced anti-corrosion treatments: Coated, Painted, Oiled, or Zinc Dust. The premium Coated finish (highlighted in the title and main image) provides maximum resistance against harsh climates. Available in Gray, Black, Metal, and Gold. Gold and Metal finishes not only resist rust but also deliver a clean, professional look behind open wheels, simplifying future wheel removal for garages.
Application & Scenarios
Designed for MAZDA rear axle applications. The vented, non-drilled design is ideal for rear-wheel applications requiring efficient heat dissipation without aggressive track-style bite. The multiple anti-rust options allow this single product line to serve diverse global climates, from coastal humidity to northern winter road salt zones.
Global Certifications & B2B Logistics
Produced under IATF16949 (Automotive Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental), and ISO45001 (Safety) systems. Fully compliant with ECE R90 (Europe) and CNAS accredited standards, ensuring seamless global market access and batch traceability. We support Private Label and Customized Label services. Transport packaging includes box, carton, pallet, and bulk, optimized for international sea freight (moisture-proof inner packing recommended for coated/oiled surfaces).
Installation & Storage
Replace in axle pairs with matching pads. Avoid hard braking for the first 300 km; perform moderate stops to establish an even transfer layer. Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from corrosives to protect the coated surface.
