Precision-engineered by Chinese manufacturers, these Mazda rear ECE R90 brake discs are custom-developed for Mazda rear braking systems, ensuring precise fitment for mainstream models including the Mazda3 Axela, CX-5, Atenza, and CX-30. Developed in strict adherence to original equipment (OE) specifications, the product features mounting holes and dimensions perfectly aligned with rear brake calipers. It requires no modification for direct installation and is compatible with ABS/ESP electronic braking systems, making it suitable for core scenarios like daily commuting and mountain driving.

Constructed from HT250 high-strength gray cast iron using specialized casting techniques by Chinese manufacturers, the discs feature a dual-spiral ventilation chamber design. This structure rapidly dissipates braking heat, effectively suppressing thermal fade during continuous braking while maintaining a stable friction coefficient between 0.38 and 0.42. Core rust-proof coating technology: The disc surface is coated with an environmentally friendly, nickel-free rust-proof coating, forming a dense protective layer that significantly enhances corrosion resistance. Suitable for humid, coastal, and other highly corrosive environments.

Craftsmanship details prioritize both quality and experience: The rotor undergoes CNC precision grinding with tightly controlled end-face runout tolerance. Combined with full dynamic balancing calibration, this significantly reduces resonance noise during braking, meeting Mazda's cabin quietness requirements. The friction surface features laser-textured processing to rapidly disperse water and dust, enhancing braking stability on wet surfaces. Precise zoning between the coating and friction surface ensures even wear, effectively extending service life.
