Products

Ventilated inner‑vane construction focused on front‑axle heat load
Front brakes undertake most of the braking force during deceleration. Optimized internal ventilation vanes form air flow channels. While the vehicle is moving, circulating airflow continuously draws heat away from the rotor core. It effectively holds down working temperature under frequent stop‑start city traffic and downhill driving, lowering the risk of thermal fade, warping and thermal fatigue damage.
Full‑coverage anti‑corrosion coating for non‑friction areas
The hat section, bolt bosses and outer rim are fully covered with dense thermally‑cured protective coating. Only the two friction surfaces remain bare cast iron, free of any coating layer. Even through long‑term warehouse stocking and salt‑mist ocean freight, visible areas stay free of rust stains, maintaining clean factory‑new appearance when customers open packages.
Heat‑resistant coating that withstands real‑braking temperature cycles
Unlike cheap spray‑paint coatings that blister and peel under heat, our dip‑spin plus curing process creates a tightly bonded protective film. Repeated heating and cooling generated during daily braking will not cause cracking, flaking or coating transfer onto brake pads. Anti‑rust performance lasts through the whole service life of the rotor.
Precision‑machined friction surfaces for stable braking feedback
Friction faces are finely turned and ground. Tight control over thickness variation and run‑out reduces brake pedal pulsation and steering‑wheel shaking during braking. The smooth surface enables fast bedding‑in with new brake pads, shortening the running‑in phase after installation.
100% individual dynamic balance inspection
Each rotor goes through separate dynamic‑balance testing, not merely sampling inspection. It offsets minor weight deviations from casting and machining. High‑speed braking stays smooth without vibration, safeguarding driving comfort.
Stress‑relieved high‑carbon grey cast iron material
Raw cast‑iron blanks undergo full stress‑relief annealing to release internal casting stress. Hardness is evenly distributed across the whole disc body. It improves resistance against deformation under cyclic hot‑cold shock, avoiding local uneven wear.
OE‑level dimensional accuracy for direct bolt‑on fitment
Mounting face, center locating bore and wheel bolt holes follow OE tolerance standards strictly. No reaming, trimming or any modification is needed. The rotor fits perfectly onto original hub, caliper and wheel assembly.
Coating a vented rotor is more complex than solid disc production. Hollow inner‑vane cavities tend to trap residual liquid during dipping‑spin processing. We adopt special tooling masking for friction surfaces and optimize spinning speed, preventing coating residue left inside ventilation channels. If the process is poorly controlled, leftover coating inside vanes may come off under heat and contaminate brake pads. Our pre‑treatment, masking and curing workflow avoids this hidden risk, separating protective coating completely from the friction pair.
