This product adopts a bimetallic composite structure, with the friction surface made of special high-carbon cast iron and the hub cap crafted from lightweight aluminum alloy, precision-connected via steel pins. This design reduces the overall weight by approximately 30% compared to traditional one-piece cast iron discs, significantly lowering unsprung mass. Reduced unsprung mass directly improves suspension response speed, allowing the wheel to follow road contours more rapidly on uneven surfaces, enhancing tire grip. Meanwhile, the aluminum hub cap offers significantly lower thermal conductivity than cast iron, effectively blocking high temperatures generated at the friction surface from transferring to wheel hub bearings, protecting chassis components from heat damage.
