   Core Product Features

  1. Comprehensive rust‑proof protection for non‑working zones

The hub hat, outer rim and ventilation opening edges are fully enclosed by protective coating. It avoids rust formation during long‑term warehouse storage and long‑haul sea transportation. Clean appearance is maintained when delivered to end retailers and repair shops, without ugly rust stains on visible parts of the rotor.

  2. Thermally stable protective coating layer

Adopted dip‑spin curing process instead of ordinary spray paint. The anti‑rust layer maintains structural integrity under cyclic high‑temperature conditions generated during vehicle braking. It will not blister, crack or shed fragments under operating heat, so anti‑corrosion capability lasts throughout the service cycle.

  3. Optimized internal ventilation channel layout

Specially‑designed inner vane structure forms smooth airflow passages inside the rotor. When braking generates massive heat, circulating air swiftly draws heat away from friction zones. It effectively lowers operating temperature of the brake assembly, mitigates thermal fading risk and reduces thermal deformation tendency of the disc body.

  4. OE‑level geometric precision for hassle‑free installation

Multi‑step CNC machining ensures tight tolerance for mounting plane, central locating bore and wheel bolt holes. Dimensions keep consistent with original equipment standards. No extra modification is required during replacement; rotors fit perfectly onto original wheel hubs.

  5. Fine‑finished friction surfaces for smooth braking experience

Dual‑face precision grinding is implemented on two friction surfaces. Disc thickness deviation and end‑face run‑out are strictly controlled. It suppresses steering wheel shaking and brake pulsation during high‑speed deceleration, and slows irregular partial wear of matching brake pads.

  6. Piece‑wise dynamic balance calibration

Every ventilated rotor passes individual dynamic‑balance correction to offset weight inconsistency brought by casting and machining processes. Unbalanced mass is eliminated, delivering stable rotation at high vehicle speed and minimizing unwanted vibration noise.

  7. Robust substrate with outstanding thermal‑shock resistance

High‑carbon grey cast‑iron blanks undergo stress‑relief annealing treatment to release internal residual stress generated in casting phase. Balanced hardness and mechanical strength allow the rotor to withstand repeated hot‑cold cycling from daily braking, lowering potential risks of warping and cracking.

  8. Strict quality screening for coating quality

Visual inspection is performed for finished goods. Products with coating omission, bubbles and poor adhesion are rejected. Special check guarantees zero coating residue left on friction surfaces to prevent interference with brake friction performance.

  9. Broad product coverage & flexible customization support

Product portfolio includes ventilated and solid brake discs, covering most mainstream passenger car models. We support sample development according to customer‑provided OE numbers or drawings. Private logo marking on hat area and customized packaging are available to satisfy distributor and retail‑oriented procurement.

Quality control logic beyond finished‑product inspection

Quality control runs through full manufacturing flow: incoming inspection for cast iron blanks → stress‑relief annealing verification → machining dimension spot‑check → friction‑surface grinding precision monitoring → coating thickness & adhesion test → 100% dynamic balance detection → final visual sorting for coating defect and friction‑surface contamination. We do not only test finished goods; key parameters are monitored in every working procedure, to lower defective rate for bulk order deliveries.
