Product‑level characteristics

  1. Integrated whole‑part anti‑corrosion protection

    The mounting hat, outer circumferential edge and ventilation duct openings receive continuous protective coating coverage. Only the friction working surface is kept raw cast‑iron status, avoiding any coating substance interfering with brake pad friction contact. Even during long‑term warehousing and cross‑ocean logistics transit, rust discoloration on non‑braking areas can be effectively suppressed, delivering neat visual presentation for retail shelves.

  2. High‑temperature‑stable protective film layer

    Adopt dip‑spin curing coating technique instead of conventional spray paint. The formed protective layer features good heat‑resistance property. When brake disc rises in temperature under frequent braking, the coating will not soften, blister or flake off, maintaining intact anti‑rust performance in long‑term service.

  3. Optimized internal ventilation architecture

    Inner vane channel structure is scientifically configured. While ensuring overall mechanical strength of brake rotor, it accelerates hot‑air circulation inside the disc body. It rapidly carries away heat accumulated in heavy‑duty braking scenarios, lowers working temperature of friction zone, and reduces thermal‑deformation tendency.

Manufacturing‑derived advantages

  1. Precision dimensional consistency matching OE assembly requirement

    Through multi‑procedure CNC turning, the hub mounting plane, central positioning bore and wheel bolt holes keep tight geometric tolerance. It guarantees smooth direct replacement installation without modification, well compatible with original‑spec wheel hubs and wheel hubs.

  2. Fine‑processed friction braking faces

    Dual‑side finishing grinding is applied for two friction surfaces. Strictly control thickness deviation and end‑face run‑out of disc surface. It helps restrain steering wheel shudder and brake pulsation during high‑speed braking, meanwhile slowing down uneven local wear of matching brake pads.

  3. Rotor dynamic balance guaranteed

    Each ventilated brake rotor finishes dynamic‑balance calibration one‑by‑one. Offset the weight deviation brought by casting and machining. Eliminate abnormal vibration source generated when the disc rotates at high vehicle speed.

  4. Reliable base material performance

    High‑carbon grey cast iron blank goes through stress‑relief annealing treatment. Internal casting residual stress gets released. The disc body owns balanced hardness and tensile property, coping with cyclic cold‑hot impact from daily braking and lowering risk of crack & distortion.

  5. Strict coating appearance screening

    Finished products carry out full visual check for coated area. Reject parts with coating missing, bubbling and poor adhesion. Friction surface is double‑checked to rule out residual coating contamination.
