It comprehensively covers the front brake system requirements of mainstream passenger vehicles, offering precise compatibility with models such as the German Volkswagen Magotan, Japanese Toyota Camry, American Buick LaCrosse, and European Peugeot 508 models. Strictly adhering to original equipment (OE) dimensional specifications, its mounting holes and locating shoulders perfectly match the wheel hub and brake caliper, enabling direct installation without modification. It is compatible with vehicle ABS/ESP electronic stability systems and suits diverse scenarios including urban commuting, long-distance self-driving, and mountainous terrain with multiple inclines.
Constructed from HT250 high-strength gray cast iron infused with molybdenum for reinforcement, the product undergoes customized casting to achieve a dense microstructure. Carbon content is precisely controlled between 3.1%–3.4%, yielding tensile strength exceeding 206 MPa and consistent hardness of 187–241 HBS. Impact resistance and wear resistance surpass standard cast iron by 35%. The core features a dual-spiral hollow ventilation cavity with 36 equidistant air guide channels, boosting airflow efficiency by 40% compared to conventional ventilated discs. Heat dissipation area increases to 0.82 m². During continuous braking tests in mountainous terrain, peak disc temperature remains below 580°C. Braking distance from 100 km/h to 0 is reduced by 3-5 meters compared to standard discs, effectively suppressing thermal fade.
In terms of manufacturing precision, the disc undergoes CNC precision grinding with end-face runout controlled within 0.02mm. Combined with full dynamic balancing calibration (error ≤5g·cm), resonance noise during braking is reduced below 40 decibels. The surface features a nickel-free, eco-friendly anti-corrosion coating. After 600 hours of ISO 14993 cyclic salt spray testing, corrosion area remains ≤5%, significantly enhancing durability in coastal and de-icing salt regions. The friction surface employs laser-textured processing, creating micron-level micro-textures that rapidly disperse brake dust and water accumulation. This reduces wet-road braking response delay by 0.2 seconds.
The product has passed 500,000 fatigue cycle tests and high/low-temperature shock tests ranging from -40°C to 600°C, with a service life of 80,000-100,000 kilometers (under urban conditions). It comes with an OEM-grade installation kit, including high-strength mounting bolts and high-temperature anti-wear grease, suitable for both bulk replacement by repair shops and DIY installation by individual users.
